The Holiday House / Gudhjem

Cosy 120m² house, with garden and space for five people; less than a stone’s-throw from Gudhjem’s smaller sailboat harbour. You could hardly get closer to the sea! There is a free private car park, for one car, directly outside the house.
The house, built in 1875, was originally owned by a fisherman’s family and adjoined another building, called the smokehouse, where the fresh herring was smoked. In Addition there is another building where the wooden boxes were produced to transport the freshly smoked herring to the mainland, and which now serves as a small art gallery where we exhibit our own paintings. The main house has become the rental house and the smokehouse has been converted into living quarters where we now live and paint, and therefore are always available to answer any queries or deal with any issues.

The Holiday House is approx. 120 sq.metres in size. A small garden with garden furniture.
On the ground floor is the Bathroom with shower and toilet. Kitchen with electric cooker/oven, coffee machine, crockery and utensils. Living room with dining area, radio, CD player, television & wood burning oven.

Changeover day is always Saturday.
